This session will demonstrate strategies and resources that have been taught to more than 8,000 leaders, managers & supervisors and that are currently used to make better decisions & hold employees accountable for results. Participants will benefit from a greater understanding of techniques that are quick, effective and easy to use. Sample sets of tools and resources will be presented and handed out to participants.
